Every minute a user spends on a paid call with your host generates diamonds. Your commission is calculated from this diamond income. Personal page calls earn 1,120–1,750 diamonds per minute.
When users send gifts to your hosts during calls or live streams, the host earns 35%–70% of the gift value in diamonds. This counts toward total weekly earnings for commission calculation.
Hosts earn 35–140 diamonds per text message exchanged with users. This adds to weekly points and the overall host earnings used to calculate your agency commission tier.

The maximum commission rate is 30% at Class F level, achieved when your hosts collectively earn $15,000 or more in a single week. There is no cap on the absolute amount — 30% of $50,000 in weekly host earnings would mean $15,000 in your commissions that week.
Commission classes are calculated weekly based on that specific week's total host earnings. If one week your hosts earn $3,000 (Class D at 20%) but the following week they earn only $400 (Class A at 10%), your rate adjusts accordingly each week. There is no lock-in on a class level.
Kome does not publish a hard limit on the number of hosts per agent. The more active, high-earning hosts you recruit, the more commissions you earn. Building a large and active host network is the core strategy for maximizing agent income.
If an invited sub-agent earns less than $10 in weekly commissions, you will not receive the 10% sub-agent override for that particular week. However, the 12-week timer continues to count regardless of whether the sub-agent qualifies that week.
